day 5

broke the fast

i wish i was typing right now how day 5 was great i got thru it no problems but i didnt. i find the weekends terrible hard to fast thru. so friday night i come undone again. but i am feeling really good about the 4 days i completed. i feel lighter and extremely eager to pursure more of the good feelings a long fast gives you. i will go back again on monday and then break next weekend and then see about a longer one. the reality of it is, its actually not easy. so much more mental than physical for me. i do not miss the food or feel hungry i just miss the socialising that comes with eating and drinking on the weekends. i have to plan for this next time and just commit to getting thru it. it makes me feel even prouder that i committed to the 30 day fast last year i jsut want to feel that same sense of accomplishmnet again.
