slight detox effects

Today I was a little tired - not such a great sleep so feeling the effects of that. also feeling a little detoxy...slightly sore body bits mainly in the back and a slight headach. nothing really too troublesome. not hungry at all or missing food in the slightest yet. still more of the master cleanse lemonade then juice. ran tonight and did not have as much energy. looking forward to things getting better although i cant really complain too much so far. great having my husband on this with me really makes a difference. also great having someone at work on it too. we have funny little BM stories for each other which makes it so much easier than being embarrassed about going to the toilet so often. also not so worried if my breath smells. i soooo want to get thru to 10 days and then see what happens.
another 1.5 pds gone.
