day 1 of ???? back on thejuice first day of juicing today and it hasnt being too bad. just not sure i am totally committed to it but really want to get thru at least 5 days and then go from there. my aim is to get back to my healthy eating habits. i haven't gone completely nuts or anything but i am definately eating too much food and i want to nip this in the bud. also need some time off alcohol. i feel a need to clean out my intestines. but another thing is i have a major life decision to make and i know juicing gives me clarity, so i want to make this decision without all the emotional stress. i have put on a few pounds in the last month so to shed that would be good too. ok who am i kiddign i really want to lose the weight. so todays scale read 138.5pd my goal is get to 132pd see how i feel and then decide whether to continue to juice. the next few days will tell me whether i want to continue on or not. i am not near as motivated as the first time i fasted so this is hard. but i want to get some of that will power and control back so here goes.
