4 weeks post fast time to fast again? this week i lost 3 pounds. so that is a loss of 7 pounds since the fast and 32 pounds all together. still mainly raw although i am eating a little more cooked food like fish and i had my first peace of bbq steak- yummy. i am craving protein. last weekend i made a big mistake and ate too much steamed chinese greeen veggies - well i think it was this - and i was sick as a dog. i think i went into major detox felt like death warmed up and then was on the toilet most of the afternoon. it was rather interesting what came out of me though i hitnk i may have passed some of that black tuff stuff. it would also explain the weight loss too because i havent lost any inches since last week. i have increased my run which is good. i was running around 40 minutes and now i run 1 hour usually 5-6 times a week. it is gettign hot here in houston but i am still enjoying running outside. it really feels like it is part of my life now along with eating well. i am eager to lose the rest of my weight. i dont want to buy new clothes when i know i am going to be smaller soon but none of my clothes fit me everything is big and loose. i think i will juice fast soon to lose the rest (28 pound to go)just need to decided when to start. will start posting daily again when i go back on. i just need to get my head ready before i start and i want to go 100% raw for a few days beforehand - hopefully detox wont be as bad as first time around????
