day 4 post fast
2nd day oxy powder
Date: 2/11/2006 7:56:46 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2355 times i had soem fruit for breakky adn a salad for lunch havent really felt like dinner yet but if i do get hungry it will be fruit and veggies, i bought these cherry tomatoes that are to die for. i have to increase water today - its a bit cold here and im not as thirsty as usual but i will concerntrate more on that. i took the kids to a burger place for lunch i am still not interested in eating that type of food. but i have never been a big cheese burger type person unlike someone else we all know (ha!)
i didnt increase the oxypowder capsules last nite becasue by the time i went to bed i was up to 4 BM's. today all is good again 4 BM's so far. no cramps or pains and i slept like a baby. i wish i was still on the fast from the point of view i cant tell what is in the toilet if it is my undigested food or somehting weird from inside me. i thought i saw this really alien like bug and then realised it was a strawberry ha! nice poo story for ya! hopefully the next 5 days will progress nicely and i can start reporting rope like stuff. i have become a bit obsessed about the mucoid plaque thing i would really like to see it come out. i have a rather large tummy i know most of it is fat but i would like to see if i can get any of that nasty stuff out and it might go a bit flatter. not only that i think the feeling of having a clean colon would be very freeing. i think that maybe my body might be hanging on to old stuff and i want to get rid of it as i start my new life -a fresh start. fingers crossed. but so far i am really happy with the oxy powder. it isnt like other lax's i have taken in that there is a build up in my stomach and cramps adn then -well frankly explosion on the toilet. it feels more controlled and i have a fair bit of notice. i thought i would have trouble going out of house while taking it but today i went for run and it was all fine. i am being rather graphic here becaseu i know that is what i like to read. sorry maybe i should attach a poo warning along with contains food. i promise though i will not post photos. ha!
