Update on my experiments with these possible fixes for food allergies:

Use of internal peroxide: Have been trying a teaspoon or so of peroxide (always take this or other oxygen supps on an empty stomach, so they don't oxidize food in your stomach), for a couple of weeks. No real change in food allergy symptoms. I think that for some people, their food allergies are caused by parasites, and perhaps the peroxide happens to target whatever parasite that person has, thus eliminating the bug and the allergies. But for other people, they either have a different parasite that doesn't respond to peroxide, or their food allergies are caused by a clogged liver or clogged digestive tract, or by leaky gut syndrome, rather than by parasites. Just my theory there. So just because it didn't work for me, maybe it still does for other people.

Butyrate: As in above paragraph, for people whose allergies are caused by leaky gut syndrome, butyrate may be a cure. It is a compound that helps heal the walls of the gut. I tried it, and it did not help me. I think my allergies are cause by one of the other factors (see above paragraph), and that I don't really have leaky gut.

Bowel Cleanse results: in a previous post, I explained how I think that people with food allergies need to be careful not to stay on any herbal laxative if they find themselves on a plateau despite increasing doses, and to use them short term. I'd been off of all lax type products for two months or so, and then tried one again, this time using it short term in enough quantity to also take psyllium on the same days. The psyllium seemed to give my intestine muslces a workout, and although I didn't get out anything odd looking, I could feel things clearing out. I'm almost done with that session, then I'll quit both the herbal lax and the psyllium for awhile, to avoid dependence.

Next Post: a diet experiment I'm planning on doing, temporarily...

Notes that apply to this blog:
A. Technically the word "food allergies" only applies to those who go into shock and must head for the nearest emergency room, but the words intolerances and sensitivities are just too darn long, and everyone with this type of problem with certain foods generally ends up calling it food allergies too. Thus, in this blog, "insensitivities" and "intolerances" will be called food allergies. Symptoms of these types of intolerances can be many; a Google search can provide a list if you aren’t sure whether you have them or not. Brain fog, joint pain, fatigue, constant digestive troubles are some.
B. The only actual cures that I have seen referenced (so far) have described one or more of the following: anti-parasite steps, bowel cleansing, liver flushing, healing leaky gut, or removal of mercury/heavy metal poisoning
C. One thing I don’t do in this blog is talk about strict avoidance of problem foods on a permanent basis, or talk about rotating them in and out. Living with either of these plans was completely impossible for me, and would be difficult long-term for anyone who is sensitive to more than one or two foods. The purpose of this blog is to explore CURES, so eventually we don’t have to avoid those foods religiously to avoid symptoms.
D. Bowel Cleansing: I’m taking experimental steps with bowel cleansing – small steps, because in my experience, excess mucous in the food allergenic person causes most bowel cleansing products to not work. I’m waiting on liver flushing until bowel is cleaner. And, anti-parasite products (have tried many of them) don’t seem effective when bowel still needs cleansed, so again I’m back to bowel cleansing.
