Self- Healing method that takes place only if it's followed with letting-go (forget)

Not to be bound to the past with memories and feelings of guilt, shame, self-criticism and none-positive emotions is a way to create the needed circumstances for the present to take place. Without those eliminating factors you rebuilt-personality may manifest your 'Real I AM'. Within all of the above mentioned qualities, forgiveness may take place only if it is done with letting-go, to assure that the eliminating factors will have no place to raise their head again.

The Forgiveness coupled with Letting Go process is a necessity to free your physical organs from emotional stress that leads toward sickness and to free your mind to let the present's options realized.
