Synchronizing Your-Self

What should be synchronized?

A human being is a creature more complex than any other creature upon earth. It's not the developed brain that bring about such reality also the brain surely has a great deal of importance in the process of 'finding ourselves'.                                                                                                               We're familiar with layers of consciousness: Conscious, Unconscious, and Higher Conscious…, we're also familiar to the Soul and Spirit, all of it, as part of our deeper reality, deepest than the physical manifestation. The Energy Fields' structure should be considered too.                                                                                In every method of Self-Development or Spirituality we, as teachers or our teachers along the path of Self-Development, need to concern of the missing synchronization between the layers and need to give you means to synchronize your selves to become One-Self:                                                                                    1) Synchronize the layers of consciousness and direct their outcome to be manifested through the conscious layer.                                                                                  2) Synchronize the Energy Layers (Energy Fields) with the physical part of the body.                                                                                          3) Direct the Soul and Spirit to be manifested through the Energy Layers and activating its wisdom and guidance through the layers of consciousness.

The Soul and Spirit need such synchronization in order to let it be manifested through your physical and brain functioning reality.
