I was about 6 years old when I walk along the path to my parents home on Kibbutz Kiryat Anavim and saw some young vipers crossing this path right a head. I stood still watching them passing by and from my mind came an unspoken conversation with them (I surely couldn’t call it an energy conversation that days). The exact wards I no longer remember because it was natural for me to speak with animals and plants, I do know that it was an agreement that I will not kill snakes and they will not kill me and that it was a mutual agreement. I took the largest step that I could to not hurt them and done the last 50 meters home peacefully.

During the coming 12 years at school I was most of the time in the forest and wild paths. I’ve seen many vipers, black snakes and others too. We use to see each other, turn around and go back to where we’ve been. I didn’t look for them, many young vipers kept passing on and crossing the path close to my parents home, I saw many snakes but when we met that unspoken agreement been kept respectfully.

I was 45 years old at Kumeran Caves by the Dead Sea lake’s meditating away of people when a thought came into my mind “what if a snake will be here, this place is filled with rocks to find shades under this rocks?” I kept on meditating and enjoy that spot. After sometime while I did my way back to the visitor’s area a very dangerous snake crossed the ‘path’ between my feet. It was very thin, long yellow snakes, later I’ve been told that it was one of the most dangerous type of snake in the Jehuda desert area. When he crossed my feet I looked at it with suspicious eyes, wondered if the agreement ‘live and let live’ is still valid. I saw one of its dark eyes looks at me with suspicious, I could feel this mutual suspicious very strongly. We maintained each in one path.

I must admit that my legs shivered for some time afterwards yet, the agreement been found valid.
