This is also leading to bladder instability, which can end up being quite the nightmare most of the time, so try to keep it in mind. And some people even get the jitters when they drink lots of caffeine.

And on top of that, you might have other situations like pregnancy issues. Some women that drink a lot of coffee can end up with miscarriage. Is it ok to drink coffee?

Just like any food or drink out there, caffeine does have its pros and cons. It can help prevent many health problems, but at the same time it also comes with major health issues too. What you want is to make sure that you prevent this safely and the best way to achieve that is to keep caffeine consumption under control.

And you should also remember the downsides too. Even if it might not feel like a lot at first, caffeine does have its problems and you need to pay attention to how you use it and what compounds you get from it. Thankfully, caffeine isn’t dangerous as long as you consume a cup or two per day. Sometimes you can even consume more, but you really have to pay attention to it. Stay away from drinking too much coffee and it will be worth it!
