If a "citizen of the United States" is rightly likened to the status of a "slave" and if the slave masters' obligation is just as Anna states in the above quote then these citizens may very well be worse off than that of the historical slaves who had received the full "basic support".

The historical "slave masters' obligation" deserves additional research to compare those conditions with the conditions that exist now. (Firstly on account of the fact that no present "slave masters" of "the United States" are paying for anything. That's because they have no real money to pay for anything!!!!!)

Possibly more importantly - the research needs to begin with regards to the following statement by Anna:

"That legal obligation to support slaves is what Mr. Lincoln removed with his 'Emancipation Proclamation' releasing all the Southern Plantation owners from their obligation to provide these basics. In other words, the ones being released were the Southern Slave Owners, not the slaves. This blog-writer was thinking about the hidden truth way behind the popular image of of Lincoln (as revealed by Anna in her articles over the past year) and now this revelation of: "his 'Emancipation Proclamation'" puts at least another "tenpenny nail" into his coffin! When the enlightened American people fully occupy their Lawful self-government the "Lincoln Memorial" could be subject to review. At that point this free-inhabitant would advocate converting that site to an active highly productive composting site! ; ~ )

Just to clarify, the exact phrase "military action" is not in Lincoln's proclamation of July 5, 1861. As stated on the UVA Miller Center's website at https://millercenter.org/the-presidency/presidential-speeches/july-4-1861-july-4th-message-congress "President Lincoln took a number of actions in response to secession without Congressional approval. In this special message to Congress, Lincoln asks Congress to validate his actions by authorizing them after the fact."

While in Geneva, Mises's wrote his masterwork, Nationalokonomie, and, after coming to the United States, revised and expanded it into Human Action, which appeared in 1949. His student Murray N. Rothbard called it "Mises's greatest achievement and one of the finest products of the human mind in our century. It is economics made whole." The appearance of this work was the hinge of the whole history of the Austrian School, and it remains the economic treatise that defines the School. Even so, it was not well received in the economics profession, which had already made a decisive turn towards Keynesian.

Though Mises never held the paid academic post he deserved, he gathered students around him at New York University, just as he had in Vienna. Even before Mises emigrated, journalist Henry Hazlitt had become his most prominent champion, reviewing his books in the New York Times and Newsweek, and popularizing his ideas in such classics as Economics in One Lesson. Yet Hazlitt made his own contributions to the Austrian School. He wrote a line-by-line critique of Keynes's General Theory, defended the writings of Say, and restored him to a central place in Austrian macroeconomic theory. Hazlitt followed Mises's example of intransigent adherence to principle, and as a result was pushed out of four high-profile positions in the journalistic world.

Mises's New York seminar continued until two years before his death in 1973. During those years, Rothbard was his student. Indeed, Rothbard's Man, Economy, and State (1963) was patterned after Human Action, and in some areas—monopoly theory, utility and welfare, and the theory of the state—tightened and strengthened Mises's own views. Rothbard's approach to the Austrian School followed directly in the line of Late Scholastic thought by applying economic science within a framework of a natural-rights theory of property. What resulted was a full-fledged defense of a capitalistic and stateless social order, based on property and freedom of association and contract.

Rothbard followed his economic treatise with an investigation of the great depression, which applied Austrian business cycle theory to show that the stock market crash and economic downturn was attributable to a prior bank credit expansion. Then in a series of studies on government policy, he established the theoretical framework for examining the effects of all types of intervention in the market.

In his later years, Mises saw the beginnings of the revival of the Austrian School that dates from the appearance of Man, Economy, and State and continues to this day. It was Rothbard who firmly established the Austrian School and classical liberal doctrine in the U.S., especially with Conceived in Liberty, his four-volume history of colonial America and the secession from Britain. The above inquiry was sent after researching several hundred items for "American Veteran"+definition+"US code" with no indication of a federal definition specifically for this phrase: "American Veteran."

This writer-researcher is committed to not making any assumptions and most especially when it comes to matters of American Law. He was inspired to research the above consequentially to his process of inquiring about the new veterans identification card because he now realizes that up to now he has assumed that veterans are actually Americans vs "US citizens" and/or "citizens of the United States." However - he does not have the status of either of these two citizenships!

He is an American - having been born on the land and soil of Michigan. He never renounced his status as an American. His time served in the United States Coast Guard began at age seventeen which was initiated by his father while he was still a minor and required to have his father's authorization for entrance into the armed forces. Joining the service was essentially a requirement of his father (and a breach of an agreement that his father had made to him two years earlier saying "my last requirement is that you graduate from high school"). Two other "options" given to him at that time were "get a job or go to college" neither of which were were actually viable options (for reasons that can be elaborated upon).

The mental decision to join the Coast Guard was made with the assumption that the Coast Guard was the least militaristic of the service branches. There was also a draft in effect at the time (August of 1969) and a registration with the draft board had been made out of ignorance that registration was truly required by Law. Later research revealed that there was no bonafide Public Law enacted that positively "required" Americans to register with the draft board or serve in the military.

The above presentation (along with many others posted here at CureZone) indicates (at least to this writer) that a crisis of identity [Identity Spectrum (IS)] has conditioned most all Americans. As part of his commitment to: "The Four Agreements" he is devoted to being impeccable with his word, not making assumptions, doing his best as well as being skeptical yet willing to listen. As much as he'd like to feel whatever assurance may result from verifying his access to certain Veterans Benefits (like medical care) he is not willing to proceed with any governmental "ID" that misidentifies him as a "US citizen" rather than as the American individual that he truly is. Therefore more research results are required on this matter. He is looking forward to hearing from the LOC.

The term "person" has its own special legal definition that is distinct from the conventional meaning and therefore requires clarity as to how this term is used for the definition of "veteran." In other words although "a federal definition for 'veteran'" definitely exists it lacks the inclusion of a subsequent legal term and therefor it is incomplete! The following inquiry was submitted to the LOC:

Apparently there is no legal definition specified for 38 USC 101(2). This writer knows that the conventional definition can not be assumed to apply here. Therefore a general legal definition may have to be relied upon until some further findings indicate otherwise.

The above quote is not an endorsement of the thinking of that article's author. There appears to be a need for further clarification on the term "person" which is why this blog-writer has posted this. "Person" is persona which is a kind of mask through which the individual inter-acts with others. The "self" is not as easily defined yet nevertheless knowable. The distinction between the two entities is supported by an understanding of the Human Design System. Astrologers most likely know the following as well.

The template for personality comes into existence the moment the individual is born. When you realize that there is an individual who already exists prenatally then the distinction between the individual and their personality can begin to be seen. Also according to the Human Design System the soul of the individual begins to incarnate approximately three moths prior to the day that individual is born. That day of incarnation also has a 'template" activated in the body matrix of the individual as represented by the design planetary activations as seen in the Human Design BodyGraph. Even though the Human Design BodyGraph presents these two activations in an integral chart it still does not represent the self of the individual.

However there is a "Self Center." And that center (just like any of the other eight centers) can be either defined or undefined. That is something that deserves more contemplation. In fact contemplation is very probably the only real way to advance in understanding the "self." But the "person" is more objective and therefor easier to observe and analyze.

Comment: My top reading now is "Anatomy of The Spirit" By: Caroline Myss. She presents a "new model of the human energy system based upon the synthesis of three spiritual traditions: the Hindu teachings re: the chakras, ... the mystical interpretation of the ten sefirot or Tree of Life presented in the Zohar which is the major text of the Kabbalah ..." The above noted unanswered questions gives me pause to re-evaluate my engagement with this. It is unknown to me whether I may continue with that as a "Possible Research" item. If I am true to my Human Design (which is my preference) then I would wait for something from the external world to inquire with me, invite me, or in some manner offer me something "To Respond" to and to possibly continuing with this research. I honestly don't expect that to happen. I understand their saying my "question is outside the scope of the mission of this office" however I don't know why the reply did not include any referral to whatever "office" might include some understanding regarding the nature of the subject matter that I had inquired about. I realize now that my Human Design Gate 18 is responding to this need for correction, improvement of whatever the need may be here to better serve the public by doing all that the public servants can do wen the public inquires into matters that have an impact on them sauce as is the case with my inquiry in regards to the small/family farmers.

In posts at my other blog site/s I've pointed out the distinction of "styles" for both "The United States of America" and "the United States of America" and the difference in subject matters represented by these two different names. The first is the "Stile" of "this confederacy" as stated in Article I of the Articles of Confederation (1777). The second (in the same Organic Law) refers to the independent and sovereign American States "in Congress assembled".

My inquiry/request to GPO is to further substantiate the significance of particular styles in grammar as they were understood at least by federal printers at the time of the original printings and then possibly use that understanding as a reference toward further research as to what the "Founding Fathers" were thinking when they penned the original documents.

Interesting that the above subject matter concerns 50 states and the number of the footnote just happens to be 50!

I was inspired to find this particular article[50] after reading the current article: "Federation and Confederation"[51] I wanted to find the very first article that mentions: "The Federation of States" to see whether that (quoted) phrase was defined as a definition was lacking in the current article reference.

One of the challenges with these articles is that more often then not the definitions are lacking which means the undefined terms often result in confusion. I see the confusion repeatedly referred to in many of the comments at the site and the only response offered is a repeat of (what appear to be) long-winded monologues that still lack the essential definitions. Also lacking most of the times are hot-links to original documents when references are made either directly to these documents or that infer that a document was part of the process. These missing pieces originally had "inspired" me to do my own research and in doing so what I found often raised additional questions (some of which I have posted here at "Possibly To Research"[i]).

However, it is getting to the point now where I am beginning to question what am I doing this for. Is it for me? I don't know that it actually is since I am most certainly a "free inhabitant" which essentially means that I have chosen not to fully adopt an external government (as a "US citizen") or inadvertently "volunteer" into such. I have no lawful obligations to any external government. Any participation would be with full reservation of all my Unalienable Rights however I can't imagine having any reason to volunteer into "participating". If my research and all is not for me then what purpose does it serve (especially what Good does it serve)?

May 19, 2018 - The "Raw Milk Movement" -

"... Drinking raw milk is largely an individual project, and as a movement 'encourage[s] individualised participation in the private sphere rather than collective action in the public sphere' (Haenfler et al., 2012, p. 12). It is the way people choose to live their lives that becomes the primary means through which social change is manifested, and is generally not organised through the efforts of any one organisation.

Not all raw milk drinkers are activists, but they may use the information provided by other more active raw milk proponents to inform their lifestyle choices. Mark McAffee of Organic Pastures in Fresno, California, is arguably the most recognizable face of this type of movement because of his very visible legal battles with the Californian government, particularly in recent years as he has tried to bring changes to California’s testing standards used to determine the safety of milk.

Nevertheless, Haenfler et al. (2012) have claimed some organisation is essential, even in a lifestyle movement, as a means of disseminating information. Some raw milk activists have adopted that role and are disseminating information about raw milk as a means to defend their lifestyle. The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is an example of this type of response.

After Sally Fallon Morell became aware of Weston A. Price’s book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration (1939) in the 1970s and used his dietary recommendations to improve her family’s health (Black, 2008), she co-founded WAPF with nutritionist and lipids researcher Mary Enig in 1999. The organisation operates out of Washington, DC, and has since become an important raw milk advocate attempting to systemically organise and centralise a program of resistance through the organisation’s website, public meetings and publications. This is consistent with the desire of raw milk drinkers to protect their way of life. Whatever coherence exists within this movement as a whole is predominantly organising around common discourses about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle, the role of government, individual rights, sustainable agriculture, and protecting cultural assets such as the family farm. These are common themes arising in alternative food movements and are often motivated by the failures of conventional food systems (Zerbe, 2010)."[46]

The very first item in the above quote that most especially raised my interest is: "the role of government", followed by: "individual rights" as these two are naturally paired. (See: "Three-fold Social Order" with "government" associated with the "Rights Sphere"). The problem in this instance is that what appears as "government" is actually a corporate matrix operating under color of law and the primary purpose of this entity is to protect the interests of its corporate handlers. The "handlers" are not concerned with "individual rights". Actually "individual rights" are not the responsibility of any government whether deficit or dejure if the individuals identifies themselves as US citizens or "citizens of the United States" as per fourteenth Amendment.

In light of the facts (and these facts have all been verified, most of these identified in other Blogs here at "Son of Truth") and most importantly in light of American Law - the "movement" (identified in the above quote) struggles in many ways - burdened with "a litany of complaints" that probably would be best identified in full in order to understand just how burdensome this movement has saddled itself. (An account of this could possibly be researched and some representative presentation be made.)

I wonder whether Sally Fallon Morell has read the references made regarding WAPF and if so what her thoughts are about the assessments of the "movement".

Lenzer refers to a report by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices: “It [the Institute] calculated that in 2011 prescription drugs were associated with two to four million people in the US experiencing ‘serious, disabling, or fatal injuries, including 128,000 deaths.’”

The report called this “one of the most significant perils to humans resulting from human activity.”

The report was compiled by outside researchers who went into the FDA’s own database of “serious adverse [medical-drug] events.”

Therefore, to say the FDA isn’t aware of this finding would be absurd. The FDA knows. The FDA knows and it isn’t saying anything about it, because the FDA certifies, as safe and effective, all the medical drugs that are routinely maiming and killing Americans.

Here is another citation: The article is, “The Epidemic of Sickness and Death from Prescription Drugs.” The author is Donald Light, who teaches at Rowan University, and is the 2013 recipient of ASA’s [American Sociological Association’s] Distinguished Career Award for the Practice of Sociology. Light is a founding fellow of the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2013, he was a fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard. He is a Lokey Visiting Professor at Stanford University.

Donald Light: “Epidemiologically, appropriately prescribed, prescription drugs are the fourth leading cause of death, tied with stroke at about 2,460 deaths each week in the United States. About 330,000 patients die each year from prescription drugs in the United States and Europe. They [the drugs] cause an epidemic of about 20 times more hospitalizations [6.6 million annually], as well as falls, road accidents, and [annually] about 80 million medically minor problems such as pains, discomforts, and dysfunctions that hobble productivity or the ability to care for others. May 7, 2018 - This video surpassed my "expectations" and I highly recommend it to virtually everyone. This is one fruit that deserves our collective awareness for quite a number of good reasons (especially in regards to health!).

I once was a member of a small food community that ate watermelon every day. I'm inspired now to think how large of a garden I'd need in order to grow enough watermelons to resume that practice.

Watermelon - good food as preventive medicine! Just need to know how to pick them - or - (maybe better yet) grow them!

In my life, “that was then” (forty-eight years ago ; ~ ) and now those days are like some kind of faded dream that I could never possibly return to. (Thank God!) Nevertheless I do feel compassion for others who may still live in their “dream” (apparently) of nary a thought to the church’s coffee hour. Good thing the churches have their scriptures (if only they would acknowledge the dietary wisdom).

Maybe there is a “hundredth monkey” effect to be had if enough of us who can relate to this would in our own way “praise the Lord” by regarding the wisdom of His Word and especially by enjoying eating all the good food that is in accord with “the laws of nature and of nature’s God”(i).

I wonder whether Celia Maria gives presentations to Churches. My idealism easily imagines an introduction by Celia followed by a Nourishing Traditions dinner in the form of a potluck hosted by local WAP Chapter members. I am reasonably certain that such an event would make positive impressions!

I'm thinking that "a centre" (or center) within living beings may be the "magnetic monopole"(MM) as per the "Human Design System" and have noted to research this to learn how extensive the MM may be throughout the various life forms.

Also thinking about the center for a country. I ask myself what that center may be. In the U.S. of A. (incorporated) it definitely is not Washington DC! To tell you the truth I am not convinced that the United States of America is actually a "country" - despite the myriad of references to it as such. I tend to think that the individual states of the Union are actually the countries. And the "center" for these countries must be something join the order of a higher united will of the people.

"The natural flavorings in the O Organics Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
is naturally produced (non-GMO) lactic acid. It is used as a flavor
enhancer and microbial growth retardant in the unsalted butter."

I responded as follows:
I appreciate your reply and knowing that the "flavoring" is apparently just "lactic acid". Do you know why this flavoring ingredient is not stated more clearly as lactic acid?

Their reply:

"Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the listing of 'natural flavors' as opposed to just listing lactic acid.

Currently, the information you have requested is proprietary and we are unable to provide it. However this is a common practice for most, if not all, unsalted butter. Simply put, it serves as a preservative to keep the butter fresh. Salted butter doesn't need this as the salt in the butter acts as a preservative."

April 30th - The preceding reply raised further question as to why/how their inclusion of "lactic acid" would necessitate a non-disclosure claim that it is "proprietary" information. I then sent my inquiry to the Weston A. Price Foundation. Following is the reply:

"The lactic acid is probably industrially manufactured, so I would buy salted butter instead. Best, Sally".

Does that mean they can claim a "naturally produced (non-GMO) lactic acid" even though its's industrially manufactured? In other words (and my new research question) can this type of "industrially manufactured" product be considered as "naturally produced"?

April 28, 2018 - The Sleeper Phenomenon -

"...Increasing water intake does not always solve the answer to re-hydration. Though dehydrated, the body may not be able to utilize more water. Glenn Braddy, an Australian architect and nutrition research scientist devotes his time to alchemical solutions to human biological puzzles such as dehydration. Mr. Braddy, and the IFA (International Foundation of Alchemists) have discovered the 'sleeper' phenomenon. In simple terms, a 'sleeper' is a vital component of body chemistry which has gone into a state of suspended activity… a hibernation. In other words, the component is indeed present in the body but not functionally active. According to Braddy, the sleeper can be an amino acid, vitamin or mineral. As long as the sleeper remains inactive it will promote symptoms in the patient. If a patient had a magnesium sleeper, the mineral would be present in the body but inactive or dormant. The symptomatic result would be that of a magnesium deficiency such as increased sensitivity to noise, some pre-menstrual symptoms, muddled thinking, morning joint stiffness... and many of the symptoms of decreased basal metabolism.

The normal approach to a mineral deficiency is to supply that mineral through a dietary supplement. However, if magnesium is the sleeper, adding magnesium will not solve the problem. The obvious answer is to activate the sleeper. The cause according to Braddy is almost invariably dehydration.

It is crucial to point out that in many cases, increasing water intake does not equal uptake or utilization. Many people often identify symptoms of dehydration, and increase their water intake, but fail to re-hydrate. This could possibly explain why some individuals take certain nutrients and show little benefit.

The best approach to solving this problem appears to be re-hydration and finding a way to get water into the body. The key to achieving this is to provide a transporter that will facilitate the uptake of water into the body. Symptoms of insufficient uptake of water include, remaining thirsty after drinking, disliking the taste of water and bloating after drinking water. There are many transporters that can be used. Sub-acid fruit juice appears to have the best hydrating effect (the article refers to "Instructions for Use"). One such transporter that may come as a surprise is caffeine. Caffeine is an effective transporter especially for women. Another transporter is Dandelion, which is particularly important for men.

Braddy states, 'What is important to identify here is that many people who crave sugar, coffee and other caffeine sources such as Coca-Cola and chocolate are actually using those foods and beverages to promote re-hydration and often address sleeper problems in the process, although temporarily.' In other words, the body is aware of the sleeper and actually promotes the craving or drive to particular elements, which can activate the sleeper.

An important point to remember is that cravings are not the cause of the problem, but the result of the problem. Unfortunately, the intake of these foods can only temporarily alleviate the sleeper problem. The fact that the person craves other beverages, and certain foods and not water is a strong indicator of the inability to absorb water.

The notion of increasing caffeine intake through coffee and tea to enhance uptake of water, is not a viable option according to Braddy. ..."[40]

March 27, 2018 - Regarding Robert E. Lee -

"After the war, Lee was almost tried as a traitor, but was only left with his civil rights suspended.(By what authority?) Lee applied for, but was never granted, the official postwar amnesty (an "undeclared" war). After filling out the application form, it was delivered to the desk of Secretary of State William H. Seward, who, assuming that the matter had been dealt with by someone else and that this was just a personal copy, (how was this "assumption" determined?) filed it away until it was found decades later in his desk drawer. Lee took the lack of response to mean that the government wished to retain the right to prosecute him in the future.

Lee's example of applying for amnesty encouraged many other former members of the Confederacy's armed forces to accept restored U.S. citizenship. In 1975, President Gerald Ford granted a posthumous pardon and the U.S. Congress restored his citizenship, following the discovery of his oath of allegiance by an employee of the National Archives in 1970."[37]

The first point I would be most interested in researching is re: "restored U.S. citizenship" in light of the fact that "U.S. citizenship" did not become a legal reality until the so called ratification of the "Fourteenth Amendment": "On July 28, 1868, the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified. The amendment grants citizenship to 'all persons born or naturalized in the United States' which included former slaves who had just been freed after the Civil War. The amendment had been rejected by most Southern states but was ratified by the required three-fourths of the states."[36] However, Robert E. Lee was not "born or naturalized in the United States". It is fundamental logic that one must have previously had a certain status in order to have that status "restored" at a later date. Therefore it appears to me that there may be something "fishy" about this so called "history" claiming that: "the U.S. Congress restored his citizenship". I intend to begin asking some pertinent questions shortly.

March 31, 2018 - "Outer Planet Transits" In Certain Hexagram Gates According to The Human Design System -
Detriments and Exaltations Affected by Pluto and Neptune -

Two outer planets, Neptune and Pluto, have cycles that greatly exceed the span of a single human life. Neptune's cycle around the wheel requires approximately 165 years and Pluto's cycle is about 284 years. Consequently, depending upon the position of these planets in their transit around the wheel, periodically, the exalted or the detriment of certain lines that are fixed by these planets may be inactive, i.e. not present in the world in the human population. This means that, at any given time, these particular aspects of design may or may not be present, genetically in the world and therefore, these qualities are not accessible to human beings until the planet re-activates that gate or its harmonic.

Something to keep in mind, also, is that the period of time that these detriments or exaltations remain inactive after there are no people alive carrying these activations will be shortened somewhat by Pluto or Neptune's transit to the harmonic gate within the channel. How much shorter is determined by the relative positions of the harmonic gates within the wheel.

For example, gates 25 and 51 that form the channel of Initiation are both positioned in Aries. Pluto has not been in Aries, and therefore in either gate 25 or gate 51, since the beginning of the 19th century. Thus, there has been no activation of the 25.3 in detriment, the 51.1 exalted or the 51.6 in detriment for a very long time, and it will still be a number of years before Pluto re-enters Aries. With Neptune's absence from the 25.1 and Pluto from the 5 neither of the exaltations is active, which means that the whole foundation for Initiation during this time has operated through the detriments.

At the time of this publication[38], Neptune is transiting Aquarius, having recently moved through the 41st gate, activating the 41.1, Reasonableness, in the exaltation and bringing that genetic material back out into the world. Pluto is moving through Sagittarius, finishing its transit through the 5th gate and thereby re-activating the qualities of the detriments of Inner Peace and Joy (the 5.2 and the 5.5) within our gene pool. These qualities that have been absent genetically for so many years are now being carried by those children born under these transits.

The federal government is a subcontractor hired by our states to provide the nineteen enumerated services described in each of three very similar constitutions.

The first listed "Constitution" is that of September 17, 1787. I'd like to identify the dates of the second one (as I have read it before). I'm thinking the third is not a written "constitution" but a proprietary one that is a most significant subject matter and literal foundation of the first constitution - OR - it is actually the first constitution.

In any case there are at least two distinct entities in the above list of three (not to mention all the various corporate entities that use very similar sounding names). -

The two distinct entities: First is "The United States of America" (may be AKA "The united States of America). The second is: "The United States". The distinction has been well presented by professor Ed Rivera of the Organic Laws Institute.

The Weston A. Price masterpiece known as: "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" could very well include a suggested "subtitle": "May Be Followed By Mental Degeneration". The culprit in this instance most largely includes the full spectrum of "our" modern-day food industry's (for profit) products - that Dr. Price referred to as "foods of commerce"[25]. In my most recent comment[26] regarding the connection between physical and mental health I also offered an invitation to contemplate the possible correspondences to "The Tree of The Knowledge of Good and Evil". I note this here as a possible research focus.

An additional reference toward this research could include the reply of Dr. Steiner regarding the lack of re-vitializing forces in the food of his day (as far back as about a century ago) that he said had consequentially hindered the spiritual development of individuals. His observations were the result of spiritual science. Unfortunately the diminishing of life forces in our SAD/MAD[27] diets will not be a subject of concern for modern day science studies. (Unfortunate for those individuals who deny the existence of non-material life forces operating throughout all creation.)

However - the silence of "science" created a void that had to be filled by other means and fortunately the "other means" came forward by way of many individuals including Dr. Weston A. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was an American immigration policy that allowed some individuals who entered the country as minors, and had either entered or remained in the country illegally, to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and to be eligible for a work permit. As of 2017, approximately 800,000 individuals were enrolled in the program created by DACA. The policy was established by the Obama Administration in June 2012 and rescinded by the Trump Administration in September 2017.[1] The policy was established by executive action rather than legislation; however, participating individuals were sometimes referred to as Dreamers after the DREAM Act bill, a bipartisan bill first proposed in 2001 that was the first of a number of subsequent bills in the U.S. House and Senate attempting to provide a pathway to citizenship or other legal status for certain undocumented residents who immigrated illegally as children and subsequently completed some college or military service.[2]

In November 2014 President Barack Obama announced his intention to expand DACA to cover additional illegal immigrants. But multiple states immediately sued to prevent the expansion, which was ultimately blocked by the courts. The United States Department of Homeland Security rescinded the expansion on June 16, 2017, while continuing to review the existence of the DACA program as a whole. The DACA policy was rescinded by the Trump Administration on September 5, 2017, but full implementation of the rescission was delayed six months to give Congress time to decide how to deal with the population that was previously eligible under the policy.[3]

I sent the above shortly after examining their "Healthy Eating Plate"[17] and having considerable reservations about their inclusion of a few food items as to the capacity of these foods to represent an authentic "bridging" of true "Nutrition Science, Healthcare, and the Culinary Arts"[18] as per the "Leadership Conference" that is apparently co-produced by HSPH and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

What especially sparks my antipathy is when I see canola and soy oil (plus some reservation with corn and sunflower oils) that are listed as a "healthy vegetable oils: "Choose healthy vegetable oils like olive, canola, soy, corn, sunflower, peanut, and others,"[17]

This search was derived from reading: "Discover The America That Never Was." in a private email. That phrase got no search results and hence my modification.

I'm intrigued with "Discover The America That Never Was." I think the "discover" part will come organically with any decent introduction to "The America That Never Was." Personally I think this is best stated as "Re-discover The America That Once Was." I think the "The America That Once Was" occurred in the years from about 1778 to about 1787. That adds up to one full nine-year cycle.

Looks like I found the report that I had just referred to in yesterday's post:

however it does not convey the same message that Raymond Francis reported in his YouTube presentation when he claimed that the report said "discard it" referring to "The medicine we have is now". The difference is very significant in my book. It's the difference between starting over by rebuilding upon a new foundation or shore up the weak areas in the existing structure.

Details: What is the report of the Institute of Medicine that apparently was published "a few years ago"[i] with the following central message: "The medicine we have is now so far behind the science that it is impossible to bring it up to date. We have to take the medicine we have and discard it and start over"?[ii] Is this report accessible online? In any case I'd like to have a copy of it.

After receiving the above reply I recontacted the "... Health" support and requested some additional information. They replied however without any additional information on the report, not one words as to "the year ... or range of years" of the report or "one word of the title"! I replied to this with an additional request plus the reference to the reply from "NLM Customer Service" since the "... Health" support had suggested I contact the institute of medicine for the report.

I get more help from governmental agencies than from the so called "Customer Service" of this private for profit group that apparently is devoted strictly to selling their products. IMO - if an individual makes public announcements of certain references to back up their verbal claims then at least identify the reference so that individuals can verify the references for themselves.

Earlier today I listened to Jean Houston in conversation with Dr. Claire Zammit and noted Jean mentioning attending and speaking at a gathering of Jews and Arabs in Israel about two weeks ago where she said there was expressions of connectivity between the two nations of people. I then reported this to my professor friend who was raised in a Jewish family and my friend gave me more history on the conflict of a "shared" homeland in Israel. I note this upon receiving the next Hexagram Line through which the Sun is transiting as of early morning:

Line 6 - Misunderstanding
Opposition without basis.

Exaltation: Eventual crystallization which clears up misunderstandings. Energy which attracts misunderstanding, and the stubbornness to face opposition.

Detriment: The recognition that misunderstanding is at the root of opposition but the insistence, that it is the misunderstanding of the opposing forces. Where misunderstanding is at the root of struggle, the energy of stubbornness to insist and maintain one's position.[12]

I'd like to imagine that I could research the earliest date of "opposition" between the two nations however I don't expect to find that. I think I'd need the assistance of a early history Hebrew scholar.

Time to lighten up to the "delight" frequency of life! -
A friend responded to my email saying: "No humor…no life!"

That inspired to write the following:

for about three decades (possibly 33 years now) I have aligned with the axiom: "Communication is life". More recently I got to understand in a deeper way how humor is a matter of perceptibility. Now in reading your response here and with additional contemplation I see a bridge between the "axiom" and the quintessential realization of how humor is perceived all leading toward self-reflected humor via one's own self-talk!

I searched this "Truth" blog re: "how humor is a matter of perceptibility" and surprised that I don't see where I thought I may have mentioned this before. That's why I'm adding this here now. The idea of "self-reflected humor via one's own self-talk" intrigues me! I trust the attraction will draw my attention further along the "bridge".

There have been so many piteous outcries coming in from people who are totally confused or partially befuddled that I have once again faced the necessity of sitting down at my computer and.....

Step 1: Sit down and look at your "Birth Certificate"[11] and understand what it is and how it functions.

It has two basic functions. First, it is an Insurance Indemnity Receipt which is required under the Lieber Code/Hague Conventions. They have to give you an indemnity receipt for the property they are stealing from you--- essentially an insurance policy guaranteeing that your property won't be harmed as a result of their use of it.

This makes you the "Subrogee" --- the Insured Party and Priority Creditor of your own ESTATE holdings. This process of "registration" (as opposed to "recording") creates a separate PERSON named after your Given Trade Name, yet owned and operated by a franchise of the MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES--- the separate government of Washington, DC, operated as an international city-state by the members of Congress.

When you get your BC "Authenticated" by the United States of America State Department you find out for sure which federal corporation is issuing the BIRTH CERTIFICATE you have been issued. In most cases it will be a STATE OF STATE, like THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, but in some cases will be a federal department, such as THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.

Second, the Birth Certificate is a Bond---literally. It is a bond issued against the value of the ESTATE (or more recently, Public Transmitting Utility) assets that belong to you. A bond is an I.O.U. --- a promise to pay under stipulated conditions. You have the certificate proving that you are the actual owner of the assets being bonded, but until and unless you claim your exemption from their system of things, the benefit of the bond goes to the STATE OF STATE or DEPARTMENT that is insuring your purloined property against loss or damage.

Now notice a couple other things about your Birth Certificate that prove that what I am telling you is true.

A. There are two prominent dates displayed on the certificate. One is your actual birth day. The other is the "File Date" when the PERSON (a corporate municipal franchise) was created and replaced you as the beneficiary of your own assets. So you, the living man or woman, have a birth day--- and the corporate franchise "PERSON" named after you has a birth date which is always a few days or weeks after your birth day. In effect, the BIRTH CERTIFICATE records the "death" of your claim to own your own estate and Trade Name, and the "birth" of the federal PERSON's claim upon your assets. You are always the Holder-in-Due-Course, the Party having the first claim (first in line, first in time) to the Trade Name and Estate, but if you don't claim it, or know how to claim it, you are out of luck and disinherited.

B. The BIRTH CERTIFICATE is signed by the Registrar -- an Officer of the Probate Court, which proves that your estate was probated. The living American state national, for example, the Minnesotan named William Bales Jensen, was taken off the title of his natural estate and his natural nationality and political status was changed to that of "WILLIAM BALES JENSEN" ---a federal Municipal franchise corporation and "citizen of the United States"---- that is, a citizen under the Diversity Clause of the old Federal Code which allows corporations to be citizens..

C. The BIRTH CERTIFICATE is issued on bond paper, giving you "silent Notice" that the assets named on the face of the document --- your unlawfully converted estate assets including the copyright to your Trade Name, your land, your labor, everything that you could ever own--- has been seized upon and bonded by the organization issuing the certificate.

D. The process of false probate just described results in the unlawful conversion of your name and estate assets, makes you a "US citizen" instead of an "American state national", removes you from the jurisdiction of the land and deprives you of your constitutional protections, makes you indebted and obligated to pay the bills of foreign corporations, and otherwise plays havoc with you and your entire country.

E. This is done without your knowledge or consent, without your parent's knowledge or consent, and the people doing this to you are on your payroll, supposed to be rendering you Good Faith service the whole while. Because you don't know that this is being done to you and that these false claims against you are being made, you have no opportunity to object to them, much less delve through it to rebut all these lies and claim your exemption and exercise your indemnity.

Now a few further notes:

For many years the vermin seized upon your Given Christian Trade Name, just as you were taught to print it in First Grade with a first name, middle name, and last name all written in Upper and Lower Case like this: John Michael Doe.

Their federal franchise was structured as a Cestui Que Vie ESTATE trust operated under the same name written in all capital letters: JOHN MICHAEL DOE.

Most recently, the vermin have tried to change their stripes and instead of creating their fictional PERSONS as Cestui Que Vie ESTATE trusts, they have been creating Public Transmitting Utility franchises named after you. How can you tell the difference?

The ESTATE trusts are all named with the full first, middle, and last names appearing in all capital letters: JOHN MICHAEL DOE. The PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITIES all appear with only a Middle Initial, but still in all capital letters: JOHN M. DOE.

Please note that any name in any style that uses only a Middle Initial is not a legal name. It is meaningless and void for lack of specificity. Was that John Michael Doe or John Mark Doe or John Marvin Doe or John Maxwell Doe or.....or....or....

You can always call the vermin on that, because lack of specificity destroys the existence of any jurisdiction actual or fictional. A claim against such a named entity can only stand if you just assume it is your name and accept the charges without objection.

This technicality is not the essence of the problem nor your strongest defense. This is just to point out that what they are doing is blatantly, obviously, on-the-face-of-it-illegal, and you don't need any rocket science to prove that it is, nor any other cause to object. If you raise this objection and they proceed against you, they are dead meat upon appeal --- a fact that may not be known to you, but which is written in stone above their heads: if you don't properly identify the parties, you have no claim.

Now that you know what the BIRTH CERTIFICATE is and what its functions are, it will make more sense to you that you need to get it verified as a genuine document ---and this is where the process of authentication comes in.

Why "authentication" and why not an "apostile" nor a "certification"?

Countries that are signers on the Hague Conventions use apostiles to verify genuine documents passing between themselves. Countries that are not part of the Hague Conventions use authentication for the same purpose. Certification is an "in-house" domestic equivalent of a guarantee and isn't strong enough for international use.

The United States of America never signed the Hague Conventions. The United States did.

As a result, documents issued by or pertaining to The United States of America and its international functions have to be "authenticated" while documents issued by or pertaining to the United States have to "apostiled". Both processes serve the same purpose of verifying the record and the paper.

When you act as an American state national you are acting under the auspices of The United States of America, so when you are ready to reclaim your assets and exercise your exemptions, you use documents that are authenticated.

If you were an actual federal employee or dependent and acting under the auspices of the United States, Inc. as a franchise of the Municipal government or as a citizen of the Territorial government (either one) you would use documents that are apostiled.

All that is the reason why you go through the turkey trot of getting your records officially verified and why you need to do this correctly.

I recommend getting at least two if not three copies of your Birth Certificate ordered from the Vital Statistics people. Keep one and send two to the State Secretary of State and ask for an "authentication" to do business in Indonesia--- a non-Hague Convention country. They will add a cover sheet, signature, and seal guaranteeing that the attached BC is genuine.

Next, take the state-authenticated documents and send them to the United States of America Secretary of State's Office in DC and request the same service --- authentication of the BC for use in Indonesia.

Each authentication requires a small fee. At the end of the day, you get back a three page document --- the original BC you got from Vital Statistics, the State Secretary of State's cover page, and on top of that, a yellow, heavy-weight cover page from the USA Secretary of State's Office.

That yellow page verifies the authenticity of the State Secretary of State's guarantee and it tells you explicitly which federal entity--STATE OF STATE franchise or DEPARTMENT--- issued the indemnity receipt and is responsible for guaranteeing your exemption from all this rot.

Now, finally, you have the proof in your hand of what has been done to you, who did it, and who is liable for it. You have the lawn mower, and now all you need is the gas.

Have to note this here with curiosity as I had very recently blogged (elsewhere) that the forming of "the united states of America" as per Articles of Confederation did not make us a nation rather a friendly league or council of independent sovereign nation states who each retained their independence.

Article II.

Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.

Article III.

The said states hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other ...[9]

Did Jefferson forget these articles - or by 1823 had he been influenced by foreign powers that schemed advantage over "Each state ... sovereignty, freedom and independence" by combining all the "eggs" in one "basket" called "a nation"? That would be some research project! (Boy, would I like to meet an American history research fellow open to having conversation with me about this ; ~ )

This "Thought for the day" has got to be all the more pertinent to now in which case I suspect there are a number of bible verses that are now all the more relevant to this as well. What attracts my greater attention in the above quote is the reference to "the causal plane". It is a phrase that I am reasonably certain is not precisely stated in the bible and yet the truth of it may very well be there in reference to "this rock". In any case I am inspired to do more research into what the bible says in this regards as well as understand more deeply what the causal plane is.

Very interesting to me that I return here with a unexpected addition to the above post I made earlier this day. My Law Professor Dr. Ed Rivera mentioned on a particular page the Organic Laws Institute that his dictionary of choice is "The Random House Unabridged Dictionary". Naturally I made special note of that with the intention to look into possibly getting one of these. I did some research and learned that "The content for Dictionary.com is based on the Random House Unabridged Dictionary"[6]

I just visited the site and my first word search was for "person" as that was about half of my most recent inquiry with the State Law Library to which they offered the definition out of Black's Law Dictionary and which I found lacking in clarity. (It's a Mercury in Virgo thing. ; ~ )
Dictionary.com defines person as "a human being".
Next I searched for "human being".
The first definition is: "any individual of the genus Homo, especially a member of the species Homo sapiens."

If we consider "our higher mental body" (mentioned at top of this blog) and if the higher mental body is and/or operates on "the causal plane" then from that perspective it can be seen how "person" is the persona/mask as the dictionary definition acknowledges and the meaning of "the species Homo sapiens" does not necessarily include anything beyond the biological dimension of an Individual. Therefore there are dimensions to the whole entire being of an Individual "Man" that is unacknowledged with terms such as "person" and "human being". This can be problematic in legal issues with corporations that are considered to be persons that possess all the rights (and possibly more) that a non-corporate person has. And "human being" has been legally defined as a monster! I have concluded that we (who identify ourselves as sons and daughters of the living God or at least as having God-given Rights) need to have and assert other "terms" that have no ambiguity as to what they mean and so we can stop relying on terms like person and human being that have legal meanings that are antagonistic to our best interests! What do you think?

This sophisticated theft of intellectual property, including our names which have been stolen and copyrighted by corporations entrusted to provide us with essential government services, has happened on the watch of those entrusted to administer the global jurisdiction of the air. This is your own particular area of expertise and responsibility and I am reporting this gross negligence and criminal conspiracy to defraud that is standing on the records of the USTPO directly to you, so that you cannot possibly claim that you didn't know and nobody told you. While I am on the subject of displeasure in Heaven and on Earth, I must ask by what stretch of the imagination is it even possible that our national Great Seals are in the filthy hands of grumpy old Jewish bankers at the so-called Federal Reserve? That is sovereign property. It has nothing to do with their criminal exploitation of territorial and municipal corporations that shouldn't even exist. We strenuously object to this entire situation and sue you as Trustee for the return of all our assets, including the Great Seals.

Of additional concern ----why is the Seal of Saint Peter in the hands of some grubby "security agency" hired by more goons and thugs? Perhaps you could explain to me and the King of Spain how our land jurisdiction, both national and international, has been violated while in the care of both the British Monarchs and the Popes for the past 150 years? How is it that our actual states and our living people have been repeatedly and fraudulently bankrupted for the sins, errors, and profits of corporations operating in violation of the Public Law? Passing hypothetical debt off onto innocent people by a process of coerced assumption?

Where does it end? To be blunt--- when do you put a stop to it?

In recent days I have heard a lot of howling and screeching from the Siblings of Satan, objecting to our demand that credit should be issued to clean up 800 years worth of shoddy, neglected, dishonest bookkeeping, and more credit issued to re-boot the world economy. What's so crazy about cleaning up your own mess and paying your long, long, long overdue bills? These vaunted superior intellects have had 800 years-worth of our credit to use and benefit from. If they haven't made enough profit to pay us back after all this time, they are obviously crooks or fools, and in either case, I am more than willing to put the facts straight up their noses.

Let's begin with the fact that there is a twenty trillion "missing" National Credit owed to the American states and people. Where is it, Francis? You are the Trustee.

There's a $387 billion dollar clump of gold sitting in the so-called Global Debt Facility that was obtained via a false claim on abandonment by the World Bank and IBRD acting as Secondary Creditors of the 1933 bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated. We all know who that gold belongs to--- the American states and people. And you can sure as blazes tell by now that our government is still here, still functioning, not in any interregnum and mad as wet cats, thoroughly appalled by all these self-interested lies and the banal criminality accompanying them. Give it back.

There's only God knows how much money tied up in stock portfolios that were supposedly purchased as part of a benefit package for World War II veterans and their families---- but the purported Beneficiaries were simply never told a word about this and never allowed to claim all these stock portfolios supposedly earmarked for them. Now almost all those veterans are dead and gone. Many of them ended their days in poverty while these goddamned bogus foreign governmental services corporations have siphoned off the profits as endless transaction fees and taxes and now sit perched like vultures, waiting for the day when they can claim that all that wealth was abandoned too.

We are here to tell you that it wasn't abandoned. Those men and their families were cheated out of it. Victimized. Betrayed for the same so-called government that has lied to them for 150 years and involved them --- good honest men believing that they were actually soldiers and sailors serving their country--- in foreign mercenary postal wars. Postal wars? Francis? They don't have a clue, but you do. The Roman Catholic Church created the Post Office. It is still your Number One organizational relationship, other than the Vatican City State. And what am I supposed to say to them? Oh, the Pope faked you out, slipped on his Other Hat while you weren't looking and now, well, sorry to tell you, but you've been put at risk for no sane or noble purpose at all. None of it had anything to do with you or your country. And, by the way, those Discharge Papers are phony, too.... ?

There's nine trillion dollars worth of funding that the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) just misplaced somehow..... $9,000,000,000,000.00 and gee, folks, don't know what happened. Must've fallen out of my pockets while I was hanging upside down on the monkey bars....but hey, you are on the hook to pay for it, so, it's all okay.

You think you can sell this to the American people? You think that bankruptcy protection is an appropriate response?

However I did post some comments at Paul's site, most essentially a couple of "Amens" to what a couple others were able to voice. The "reason" for my "stand still" (that pertains to the one "Throat Center" activation that I have in my God-given Human Design) is that this presentation resonates with my impression of the book of Revelation as follows:

November 11, (from the 10th) 2017 -

In a previous posting (at another blog location) I mentioned my inquiry with a Law Library requesting clarity on tow legal terms. The Law Librarian offered Black's Law definitions. I found that both the definitions required further clarification and inquired about that. I was directed to the State's website and latter to the State's court page. How to contact an appropriate individual for the help I was rousting was not evident to me so I replied with further request for assistance form the Librarian. Finally I got a more direct reply as follows:

"The Law Library does not provide any legal counsel, legal advice, or interpretation of legal text. We offer no public service to assist patrons with any interpretation of the law.

What we do is provide the legal text (codes, statutes, etc.). If interpretation of the legal text is needed then we refer patrons to the Lawyers and Legal Help page of the California Courts website for guidance in seeking legal assistance. http://www.courts.ca.gov/1001.htm

Although I accept the above stated limitations by the Librarian I'm still rather amazed that they are apparently prohibited (whether Lawfully or not is another story and that very well could become a research project) from giving understanding to legal terms. However I have some understanding as to why this is so and it has to do with systemic controlled ignorance that is probably most in practice by the legal system so to accumulate greater power over those who are ignorant of the Law. It's not "personal" with the Librarian by any means or probably the library administrators. It is more probably on the "State" level where it is under the control of the attorneys who hold high-ranking State offices and codified in the statutes. But I'd have to research that to be certain. Another potential research project!

The second Organic Law refers to "free inhabitants" who retain their freedom from (rather than volunteer under) external government. The third Organic Law establishes the proprietary "United States" subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government as distinguished from the several sovereign states. In light of these three Organic Laws one can wonder how does the "Constitution of September 17, 1787" (which came out of a top secret convention that was authorized for the express purpose of "tweaking" the Articles of Confederation) become "our actual Constitution"?
