"An Ounce of Prevention ..."
Do you have all the "ounces" that you need? If not, here's a few more!

However, this inner knowing is not generally acknowledged or encouraged in the modern day world. In fact our inner knowingness is typically suppressed and rejected by medical and other professions. This fact is how medical doctors who are eager to write prescriptions are flourishing as well as they are! Yet the ancient adages remain such as: "An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure." What illnesses and diseases can we prevent!
The answer to this question is magnificently documented in "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" (NAPD) by Weston A. Price. Although I have not weighed the book I am guessing that it weighs about 16 ounces and that this book is worth far more than 16 pounds of your favorite cures!
What other illnesses and/or diseases can be prevented? There are many examples already documented and there are many more that can be documented however what you can find in NAPD alone can make a world of a difference.
Here's another adage for you:
"Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today"!
