Day 22 and 23 now - the day after a sleep over
Now its almost 2pm. Took 2 cloves of garlic with my yum pot and planning to take 3 capsules of Humaworm ...beforemy daughters gymnastic class. After her class, we will buy some fruits and veggies as well as coconut oil.

Its been 3 days since my last coffee enema. Boy, am I glad to have normal BM's without inducing with coffee enema and laxatives? Thanks to good clean diet.
Today, I had really really good BM. Nice shape and form.
Last Monday (day 21 - instead of an early night), my daughter and I watched Madagascar instead. We had an early dinner of rice and fried chickewm. Of Course we ate popcorn and drank pepsi. She had another one of those bad hotdog sandwiches too. And I also drank coffee after the movie.
The next day, Tuesday was busy housework morning for me (didnt have a chance to do forest walking)... but I think the housework gave me a good work out. In the afternoon, my daughter and I kinda walked and swam in the pool for I think about 2 hours. Whatever critters are in my eyes and ears, I think they will dead with all the chlorine water I ingested through my eyes and ears. Slept over in my friend's house.
For lunch, we had bak kut teh ( a local pork soup), bad I know... for dinner, we have fish, veggies, and some more pork and chicken. My friend noticed that I didnt eat much. I told her that I dont really eat much these days, I remained fat because of my slow metabolism. Missed last night's dose of Humaworm as well as my morning dose today.
