feeling excited and optomistic!!
five day fast cant wait

this is a 5 day fast, monday-friday
who knows maybe longer see how it goes

if i look nice at 7 1/2 ill stop though
i have "carb face" right now so hoping to get rid of that
i also feel pretty sure i could be retaining a fair few pounds in water weight so looking forward to that going, and feeling less bloated.
really feeling ready and im also going to be fairly busy over the 5 days wich is fantastic, keeping busy is key to not caving! its boredum that makes me eat hopefully this fast will retrain me not to eat through boredum and to find something better to do
i plan on going for lots of walks and doing somme light weights for my arms and a few sit ups for my tummy
