Day 3

detox is a happening!

today i woke up feeling much better, my sleep was not so disrupted. i found it hard to get out of bed and would have preferred to stay curled up with a good book. oh well!! i am feeling a little low today but i am sure this will pass. yesterday was mostly mc lemonade, water, orange and apple juice for dinner, and herbal tea at night. i am not hungry and definately feel lighter. looking forward to moving on and getting to a good point. this is a hard thing to do and it takes a lot of will power but the sense of accomplishment is amazing. i have to remember that when i am questioning what i am doing. bm's have been happening naturally so until they stop i wont start anything. i have a slight headach and some aches in my neck, shoulders and back. tongue is really white and breath horrid! detox is kicking in!!!
oh and i just realised how freeing it is not using the scales this fast. i have been reading my posts from previous fasts and never really realised how much the number on the scale influenced my feelings for the day. i have purposefully not weighed myself and intend not to. i know how i feel and i know how my clothes fit me so i dont need a number to tell me at the moment i am too big! but it will change.
