Day 30
Completed my second 30 day fast!

My weight is 137pd. so its a 17pd weight loss in 30 days. i expected more. i had 24pd to lose when i started so i still have a ways to go. Im not sure what to do. i am still feeling a little hungry nothing that i cant deal with but it is not pleasant. i really wanted to get to at least 135 before i finished and 130 is my goal. The weight loss has being slow and im wondering if i could still lose the same amount by going raw for a few weeks. i suppose the main problem is that despite the weight loss i still have sooo much to lose - its all fat. i have been this weight before and felt good but not as fat as i am now. because then i had more muscle. part of me feels ready to start eating and part of me is not. i wish i had more of a firm decision. Whichever way i go i am happy and proud that i made it to 30 days again. i really think i should do one every year - they are a good test of my will and determination and well just really good for you! despite the slow weight loss my body feels much cleaner, i am sleeping wonderfully and my exercise program is back in full swing. i have had nothing but good stuff for a whole month and i can feel it. now its just about maintiaing a balance in life and moving forward! sounds good to me!
