Yeah another milestone. my weight didnt change today. i have put the scales away and will try to leave them away until 30 days. mainly because it doesnt really matter what the scale says i am going the full 30 days. i will continue the master cleanse for the next 3 days and then go back to a juice fast probably alternating with water/mc only days. i am hoping i will be down to 135 by the end. i will decide if i am going to continue on when i get to 30 days. i think the most i will do is 40 days - my birthday is coming around the corner so i would like to celebrate. i went for a walk on the beach today and then played tennis this afternoon. feels good to be exercising every day. my legs are still really sore but i will go back to the gym tomorrow. i think i need to stretch more. having two to three bm's daily but havent seen anything to get excited about. i am really hungry which i thought would have gone by now. it is not even mental it really is a hunger feeling. i guess i just need to increase the lemonade. i really admire people who go a long period of time on the mc. i am also glad i chose a juice fast for my first fast. im not sure i wouldve suceeded at a master cleanse.
