Day 2

Glad i am doign this for myself!

oh i hate that...i had this long post typed out and lost it! silly me. anyway yesterday went fine, i had water all day, apple juice for dinner and herbal tea to sip on during the evening. today i am feeling slight effects of detox, a headache just started and pain in my neck but nothing too bad. my tongue was coated this morning and my breath absolutely stinks right now. i feel like sitting in a hot bath, then watching a movie jumping in bed reading a book and going to sleep. instead i will be cooking dinner for 4, going to parent teacher conferences, picking up from soccer practice and doing some laundry. oh well at least i will be busy and no time to ponder on anything negative. i have brief moments where i think why am i doing this, but a little talk with myself and i am back on track. today has been water and mc lemonade. i will go home and juice in between jobs. i slept horrible last night so really hoping that doesnt take too long to rectify itself. i am also not exercising as yet i will lead into it slowly this first week and then hit it hard next week. one good thing is i do feel lighter in my stomach mostly because i pigged out day before fast and felt shocking. so at least i am moving forward. all in all a very normal second day of fasting.
