Start Weight: 65kg / 143lbs
Current Weight: 64kg / 141lbs
Goal Weight: 55kg / 121lbs
Going to try and drink less juice and more tea today so I will hopefully see greater weight loss in the next few days. Probably should go to the gym tonight too. My energy levels are exactly the same as they were before the fast so that's great! I had that bad taste in my mouth all night last night which was gross, but nothing really to complain about. No headache this morning - maybe my caffeine addiction is gone? Or going? I don't know how these things work, honestly :P
