Day One
Today is day one of my juice fast, I have never fasted before so this is new all new for me! I am doing this for weight loss and to kick my caffeine habit (I need Caffeine Addicts Anonymous :P)

STATS
Start Weight: 65kg / 143lbs
BMI: 23.0 (Normal)
Goal Weight: 55kg / 121lbs
Although I've read all the info telling you that you MUST make your own juice I have chosen not to - I just don't have the time / desire to do so! Obviously it would be a more genuine fasting experience if I did but as I'm doing this mainly for weight loss I'm not really bothered. As well as my juices (I'm having simple things like mango, pineapple, V8, orange etc) I'm also having green teas (plain & flavored).
So far today I have had a small glass of V8 (berry) and a big glass of mango nectar, as well as an apple green tea and a few glasses of water. I might freeze some pineapple juice tonight as a treat :)
I plan to keep up my exercise. I've been pretty lazy as far as going to the gym lately, so I'll try to go most days and just do light cardio & weights. No gym tonight though - it's gorgeous and sunny out so the boyfriend and I are going to the beach as soon as I'm done with work.
