I should be able to fast for a whole twenty days. On the twenty-first day I will be accompanying a relative to my grandmother’s house. There is always food and saying no is never an option. I figure I cannot say no but I can ask for smaller portions and pray that I do not get sick from solids. That day I will break with water down fresh squeezed juice and slowly increase till the afternoon when I will have to eat at grandmas.

I am not sure if I would pursue another fast right after the end of this fast. I might take an easy for a few weeks sipping my new organic teas purchased from Mountain Rose Herbs (Lemon Tea and Honeybush tea). The honeybush is high in potassium and other minerals which might help build my reserves before the next fast.

I really want to fast for thirty days straight. Hopefully June wont be too busy with family issues.
