six days fasting 14.8 lbs lost and counting
Day six water fasting...still going.
Date: 5/16/2009 11:29:17 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2253 times So today is day six, and I do not feel too bad. Sometimes I am tempted with food but now I tell myself how badly I am hurting myself if I stop. So far all is well.
SW: 282 lbs
CW: 267.2 lbs
I am indulging boredom and spurts of so called hunger by concentrating my energy on me. How so? Baths, pedicures, facials, body scrubs, and delicious scented products that smell like vanilla, pineapple, chocolate, & blood orange.
Forgetting most of my dreams. But I still have food dreams. Thankfully they do not seem real enough to scare me thinking I ate. Most of them are weird none the less. Everyone is about food rotting. Mostly potatoes either rotting on the floor and me eating them or someone pealing their face like a potato saying it will grow back. My love for potatoes runs deep.
