6 of juice fast
Feeling weak today. Not crazy about doing my workout. Decided to try gall bladder detox.

Since we went to bed really late, we got up really late. My energy level was a bit low. Drank some oolong tea and got ready to go to the gym. My wife and I got side tracked buying some groceries and running some other errands that resulted in not going to the gym. By 3:00 p.m. I hide little energy and little desire to work out. I did 2 a days for the past 2 or 3 days, so taking a day off from exercise will be o.k. Since I felt weak, I came home and drank some fresh o.j. and jumped into bed.
While in bed I read up on some gall bladder detox tips and decided now is time to try. So I followed one of the recipes I found on this website. I did 1/4 of extra virgin olive oil chased by two glup of lime juice and a small glup of pineapple to juice to get rid of the taste. The only way I could do it was by holding my nose. I didn't really have any gag reflexes but after 6 of them in an hour and half, I had all I could take. Now I am just waiting around to see the results.
I decided to this detox because I think I had symptoms of gall bladder stone in December of last year. It was a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen that brought me too my knees. I had never experienced a pain like that before. In June we visited with an irdologist and he mentioned I probably had gall bladder stones. He gave the exact recipe I read tonight on this website, so I decided to try it. At the time he told the recipe, I really wasn't to excited about it.
I will see how things go and post tomorrow.
