Effect of Brewed Coffee, Brewed Cloves and Epsom Salts Enema

Unlike last week which saw a BM-less Sunday following a Saturday meal, this Sunday I had a meal clearing BM in the morning. I used the rest of the of the day for a general cleaning. I had to work during the day, so the only thing I took in before I left for work was ½ tsp cayenne in OJ, ACV/baking soda and a yogurt. My intent was to SWF when I got home.
Got home around 5 and drank about 20 oz of water w/EmergenC.
6pm commenced what was three quarts of SW spaced about 45-60 minutes apart. By 9pm I was relatively clear. Last week the water was clear, fairly yellow and a touch of sedimentation. This week only slightly yellow, a tinge of cloudy, and a touch of sedimentation.
At 9 pm drank some more water and around 11 did one more SW enema, with an output that was about the same as above, but overall considered my self clear. So going into Monday, I figured I would just drink some water, follow with a SWF, then the coffee enema. Didn’t quite work out that way.
Up around 7:30 am. Drank about 20 oz water w/EmergenC, then at about 9am had a totally unexpected elimination! Where did all this come from?????? 3 quarts of salt water and an enema which ran clear, and then, this!?!?!?!?!?
So, did another enema, then a SWF until I was seemingly clear, again.
Finally got to my coffee enema!
Now this was a totally different combination. I had read and was advised about adding Epsom salts into the mix,not taking it separately. So I did that this time. What I also added was brewed ground cloves. Cloves are noted to increase bile production as well kill parasite eggs. So I wanted to see how this would effect things.
All total I used 4 tbsp of ground organic coffee, 1 tbsp ground clove and 1 tbsp Epsom salts. Strained, so there were no grounds. Total of one quart.
Went in easily. Held easily for 15 minutes. Unlike last time didn’t feel or hear much of anything, but still got a lot of stuff out.
Plucking out one of the floaters – it was sort of a gooey/mucousy brown . Again, I don’t know what any of this is or where it came from. Was it just intestinal residue broken out by the coffee or something from the liver. Just don’t know. I really don’t think it was from the liver, since it was solid matter and would have had to travel through the intestines to make it’s way out. It’s just amazing that after so much pre-clearing, this much could have instantaneously been eliminated.
The first output was too dark for a picture, but these were the next three.
Followed with another salt water enema.
Finished with a salt water flush.
While waiting for the SW to kick out I checked my BP and Sugar levels.
I started the day with sugar in the 90’s and BP around normal, As I waited, (It’s abut 1:30 pm) my BP was up to about 150/98, but I hadn’t had any plain water since this morning. My sugar only went up about 10 points, compared to it spiking to almost 200 after the coffee enema last week, which stayed up into the 160’s hours later.
My first elimation from the SW was yellow and sedimentary. (Pic 1)
Decided at his point to refresh my water supply (re-hydrate) and drank 24 oz of water w/EmergenC (1:50pm)
2:08 Second elimination (pic 2)

2:30 BP still about the same. Going on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
3:00 pm Another elimination with somewhat more sedimentation,. Drank another 16 oz of water.
3:30 BP Avg 130/85….. Sugar 140???? (post exercise glycogen release????)….
3:40 pm 16 oz of water
4:08 Pretty sure I am back to full hydration (when I have to pee within 30 minutes of water intake) Had another small elimination. The water was clear and and almost colorless, but still a lot of sedimentation (none of it floating or suspended). BP about the same. Targeting one more SWF at 4:30
OK, so I went to 4:50. Systolic back to the 140’s .
5:25pm No output yet. BP 3 reading avg – 125/79. I swear, I can’t correlate my numbers to anything. Sugar 122
6:10pm Output, finally. Where is all this coming from???? Just wasn’t there prior to the coffee.

7:45 Output more of the same. Could do more, but that’s enough. I’m calling it a day. I need to eat something. One more sugar check – 115. One more BP check 132/85
Just remember I was virtually clear of all of this before the coffee enema.
