Day 8

Day 8 is easy and breezy.

Day was surprisingly easy. I had a busy school day so that was definitely a distraction. I drank about two nalgene bottles full of water, a pot of hot tea, and a diet coke as my fluids for the day. At around eight at night I finally passed some waste that needed to be passed. Not to get too graphic, but it was a darker shade than most, which means that some bad toxins were expelled.

My weight as of today is 121.5 pounds. Tomorrow though I'm sure there will be more than a pound of loss due to the day's events.

I haven't really had any cravings for anything, besides pizza. I don't know what it is about the smell of pizza but as soon as I get a wiff of it my mouth does water. I have gone to far though to give into that temptation though. I still have a mild appetite, but not anything I can't just work through.

Tomorrow should be a good day since I don't have any school, so I talk to you all then.
