Day 7

Day 7 was sort of hard but not too bad.

Day 7 I had a lot of tests in my classes so that kept me occupied since for some reason I seem to have off and on hunger pains. I would bet that it comes from my diet soda that drink. To curb that appetite I had frozen ice cubes that I sucked on that had a hint of lemon juice in them. When I got home today I drnak more water and made a pot of hot tea, because the more fluids in me the better and the higher the temperature of the liquid is I usually have less of an appetite. I'm bedinning to get really bored of the liquids though, which is partially why I mad ethe lemon ice cubes.
Today I weighed myself again and I lost a pound. I now weigh 123 lbs. My digestive system seems to be pretty cleaned out. My urine is almost completely colorless. I think that is a sign that most of the really bad toxins in my body are almost flushed out. I have had no pain in my body in association with the fast, but my knees some days right before I go to sleep are a bit tight and achey.
