I enjoy the benefits of having my body almost completely free of the unnecessay toxins that we all accumulate over time. I also can't lie and say that the weight that is lost during a fast is a great benefit too. In my fasts I hope to achieve more mental clarity, a better physical appearance, and a more "cleaned out" digestive system so that my life is more enjoyable.
