To change an image either in social or professional endeavor a person need to act in a way in an extreme way to shaken the people that already got use to the ordinary image. That image will be re examine and if the change is not a ‘one time attack’ a new evaluation will be made and a new approach toward the image of that person. Not to be bound to the past with memories and feelings of guilt, shame, self-criticism and none-positive emotions is a way to create the needed circumstances for the present to take place.
