Here’s a New Year message that is based on a most unique system called Human Design that integrates astrology with the IChing (as well as other systems).
”Happy New Year! And I am talking about the New Year that starts on January 22nd 2010.
You might have thought that the New Year started on January 1st and according to the Roman calendar it does, but through Human Design we have found that in fact a whole new experience for our Earth starts when the Sun enters Hexagram/Gate 41, and this happens on January 22nd 2010.

Do you know the Nine Centers in Human Design?
I sense that these two paradigms can be correlated and can nourish one another to support health and healing.
I just found this interesting quote: ”... if you cannot sense your own life or etheric forces, you can have no trust in your own ability to heal and repair ... No trust in your own body. This is very much a picture of our times.”[3]
I feel inspired to see how much of the twelve senses can correlate with the nine centers in the Human Design System.

Chef Jem's Sun Has Risen Within Him!
Woke up this morning to gray skies as well as everything wet from the most recent rain and this came to me:
”It’s all sunny
and the sun is shinning bright
up above all the dark clouds today!”
I spoke those words with certainty and really felt connected to the truth of it all!
Then I repeated that line with some spontaneous laughter!
Then I sang them!
That filled me with a Joy that I have sung about in spiritual circles: ”Joy is the only power”!

The first entry on taking the product Stay Activ as a leg cramp preventative.
My Good Friend: ”The Enchanted Gardener” gave me three capsules of Stay Activ when I mentioned needing a remedy for leg cramps. I thought I’d save the capsules till I actually experienced the cramps and he suggested taking them as a preventative. I took them this afternoon with water. I believe they are digesting in my stomach now. I wanted to at least note this for starters with the intention of adding to this later as I have more to report.

I’ve finally developed some very light cold symptoms for which I am truly grateful as I now know that I can allow my body to cleanse! In N. Cal. I was such a sauna junkie that I never allowed a build-up of whatever could be sweated out! Now I don’t have a sauna but up till a few months ago I was taking hot salt baths and working up a good enough sweat. However, my house manager-friend complained about the high water usage and I immediately & voluntarily cut the baths down. Then my ”acupuncture” team also discouraged the heat.
