Hey again! I'm actually glad you're asking me these questions as it's all stuff I'm forgetting to put into my blog.

I wouldn't worry about the 4 lbs loss, that should just be from your intestines emptying.

My mouth was pretty gross for the first week and a half, too. I use a tongue scraper a few times a day and brush my teeth with this natural toothpaste I got. I wouldn't say I have the greatest breath now, but it's improved a lot and isn't really filmy or anything.

I haven't really been feeling tired at all...just lack of motivation to do things I don't like doing. Sometimes makes it hard to get out of bed for work.

As far as the abuse you've put your body through, I think that may be why you're having a strong initial reaction. I don't really ever drink because it's always just put me to sleep. I used to overeat like crazy, but not for the past few years. And I guess it would depend what drugs you're talking about. I smoke marijuana regularly, and as long as you can control you're appetite, you've overcome the worst side-effect.
