Thank you for replying! Yep.. I'm on day 3. Still no serious issue with hunger, except the occasional 5-10 minute stomach grumble. Also, I seem to have lost about 4 pounds, which was rather unexpected. The only thing that is bothering me is that my mouth has become covered in a sort of white film..I mean my gums and all..inside of the lips...yechhh.
Another thing.. I am VERY tired..I am not working at the moment so I really dont have any worries. Since this is the case I can take naps when I have too, but wow..I am really tired. My skin is starting to break out too. Well, anyway I've read that these sorts of reactions can occur. I am definately going to start doing the SWF. I think it will help in the toxin elimination and perhaps stop it from coming out through my face and mouth! hehe..
Did any of these things occur for you early in your fast? Did they pass? Do you think since I have been so hard on my body the last 6 years(drugs, alcohol, over-eating), that I am simply having a stronger initial detox reaction?
I'm glad things are going along well for you. It still amazes me that you are having eliminations this far along. I just can't believe so much junk could be trapped in the body. KEEP ON GOING!!
