I plan to use barely sweetened lemon water, perhaps occasional orange juice drinks and the green superfood. The green drinks may not be part of the usual fasting protocols because they are so nutrient dense, but I need that. My doctor keeps saying I have no reserves, but I cannot digest raw foods. Hopefully this will help. I'll go check out that Website now. I would appreciate any fasting suggestions you might have. I've fasted off and on for years, but feel like I'm starting over while dealing with this injury.
