I'm glad you're writing. Nobody's always UP- meaning HAPPY ALL THE TIME. It's not fair to expect yourself to be. Accepting yourself, in ALL your various shades of color, takes time. I'm still working on that myself. BUT I believe that when we come to that point- the point where we just look in the old mirror and say to ourselves, "At least I've still got my eyes!" then we're doing a-ok. The boat is so much easier to ride in, when there's others in it with us huh?
