So, day 7- that's awesome. Not being tempted constantly by food is such a blessing, isn't it? Strange how all fasts are different. Some I've done have been torturous and some just great. It really depends where you are mentally at the point you start and some times I jump in without preparing my mind, you know what I mean? We can conquer anything, we just have to know and believe we can! It's a joy right now to be excited about weighing in the mornings again; I feel really good and am still not sure how long I'll go. Are you going to start a blog yourself? It's great meeting you and thanks again for posting a message- sometimes it feels like there's no one out there who knows how you feel or what you're going through but that isn't true.
