I first heard of this system through the Ellen show, she was talking to Bionce about how she had lost the weight. And that's all she said, and told the viewers to look it up on the internet, which I did, and I ordered the book the same day. I am here now on my first day. Why I decided to do this? I have never done any kind of fasting in my life, and I have been thinking about it, but I had no idea how to do it. I want t o cleanse my body, my blood, and my spirit. I also want to loose some more weight, which I have been loosing lately. I am going to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I watch what I eat so I think this would be for my greatest benefit. It will strengthen my will power. |
