I attribute this to the fact that I get it that it is about cleansing my system and that is the first and foremost reason for anyone to do this. I also love the way I feel, my mind becomes so clear, sleeping becomes deeper, and I have much more energy throughout the day. Partly why it also comes easy to me is because I practice a lot of meditation and self-hypnosis while I am on it and this really integrates the process for me. In addition to cleansing, which is a SMALL part of who I am, I also am a Certified Master Hypnotherapist. I have a brand of hypnosis CDs that I sell online. I love to sing, travel, ski, and go to the beach. |
