I am also a singer in a band with my husband and have just completed my first book. I am a high raw vegan, highly interested in animal rights, as well as health and environmental issues. Have some stubborn weight, not a lot, but I'm in the process of getting rid of it for good with a water fast. Also have some small health complaints that I'd like fasting to cure. I have great faith in the power of the body to effect miraculous change and am uncomfortable with taking any medications. |
