Hey i started an extended fast yesterday, i thought it would be a good idea to chronicle my experiences here day by day. I have completed a 35 day water fast previously and am attempting to best myself again. 
My homepages and my Blogs:
Day 1: time has slowed to a crawl, i took a nap in the afternoon, drank alot of water, couldnt fall asleep at night, mind is very active and roaming.
Day 2: no nap today, stayed up all day, went to a friends for a birthday, was tempted by warm chocolaty cookies, resisted. drank extra few ounces of yerba mate tea. went to sleep late (12am).
Day 3: Couldnt focus or concentrate on work that needed to be done, feeling weak and cold, arms and legs fall asleep easily, took short 100 meter walk. Find cleaning helps the time go by faster, mentally unsatisfied with usual music selections. going to sleep early (10pm).
Day 4: woke up to 36 d.f. outside, my roommate cooked steak and beans and had chocolate after dinner, this was annoying b/c it smelled so good. Shivered thru most of the day, easily bored but finding new things to interest me. lips are very chapped, must drink more water.
