A good friend of mine (who is also an avid marathon runner) praises its benefits and does it three to four times a year. I'm not going to lie, my reasons for doing this lie are two-fold. I am hoping to get a jump start with my weight loss AND clear my body of toxins. I've been sick on and off for about 6 months now, been in the hospital, and have taken numerous about of antibiotics. For support, my boyfriend is going to start with me. I am 5'6 and 200 lbs. |
