I am currently on a medically supervised fast. I am on 6 supplements per day and am drinking 8-10oz. glasses of water per day. I also work out about 2-3 times per week. I have just started, so, as I get stronger I will be working out 5 days per week. My goal is to lose 135 pounds. I know I will get there! I am extremely determined and have NOT cheated! Although I've wanted to, but I just say "just think of how you'll look!". I'm 44 years young and I have a lot of life left to live, so, I want to live it the healthy way.

When I end my fast, which will be in about 1 year, or less, depending on how long it takes me to get to my goal; I'd like to be 135-145 pounds.According to my doctor, he said I should be 160, but I've seen women older than me that have lost and are smaller than that and are healthy. We'll see! :)
