I suffer from a 20 year illness. 16 months ago, after reading a book on fasting, by Paul Bragg, called the Miracle of Fasting, I was inspired and encouraged to try this myself. Thought the journey has be long, and I am new, progress is being made. It was hard, since I was hypoglycemic, and had acid erosion in the stomach. But slow, very cautious, fasting has cured the first, though not the later.. SO water fasting, thus is very hard to do, for obvious reasons..with acid. Giving dry fasting a go. Does not seem to upset the stomach and acid problems.. I am so happy to have found this site. I want to fast for more then a day or two, but even after some of my health sugar issues were resolved, I still have acid problems. I want to improve dramatically, but I need to fast longer then this. Fasting help, advise, feedback would be greatly appreciated. I need it. Thank you.. May God bless |
