Send Private Message To Avocadess Send Email To Avocadess 56 years old during most of the year 2010 and have been pursuing the raw food diet, on and off -- with varying degrees of success -- for roughly 20 years, my first really successful year of eating raw having been 1990-91. Never was much for the super strict and (I believe) sometimes dangerous rules of natural hygiene, I have sort of fumbled my way through before finally deciding in 2007 and then again in 2009 to follow David "Avocado" Wolfe as my main mentor. I do some work now part-time for his website TheBestDayEver.com. I have a son in his early twenties and my main hobbies are developing new ways ans strategies for doing things, especially in the kitchen; writing; and learning how to forage for wild edibles. I also very much enjoy reading, music, travel, nature, children and babies. |
