Re: toenail fungus
by nancy86 16 y
Hey buddy,
Nail fungus treatment is very easy but tough. One of the way to treat nail fungus is by Oral medication ”Terbinafine’, ‘Fluconazole’, ‘Itraconazole’ etc. are some anti fungal medicines that are used to treat Nail Fungus. But this process is bit slow and is effective more to grow new nails in the place of lost nails. It takes about 4-5 months to grow new nails. If you are patience enough then you can opt for this treatment.
Thanks,

An infection of nail fungus occurs when fungi infect one or more of your nails. A nail fungal infection may begin as a white or yellow spot under the tip of your fingernail or toenail. As the nail fungus spreads deeper into your nail, it may cause your nail to discolor, thicken and develop crumbling edges — an unsightly and potentially painful problem.
These infection of nail fungus usually develop on nails continually exposed to warm, moist environments, such as sweaty shoes or shower floors. Nail fungus isn’t the same as athlete’s foot, which primarily affects the skin of th ...

Causes of Nail Fungus Infections - Part 2
Nail fungus infections are caused by various factors. It is easier for the nail to get infected when an individual is injured and when the shoes are so tight to the extent that the hoes pinch the person.
It is very easy to get and contract nail fungus and it common among those who have sweaty feet, share bathrooms, swimming pools, showers and locker rooms. Also people who do a lot of standing and are on their feet frequently as in the case of runners, athletes and dancers.
If an individual also has a history of athlete’s foot, has manicure ...

For skin or nail fungus I have found thyme essential oil to be the most effective treatment. Dilute with an equal amount of coconut, which is also antifungal, before application. For nail fungus you should also cut the nail back as much as possible and file the top down some to expose the fungus in the inner nail. Keep cutting the nail back and filing down the top as it grows out. It will take about 6 months or so for the healthy nail to grow out.

What to do if you have nail fungus?
1) Get some topical treatment or oral anti-fungus treatment
2) Regularly use it
3) Prevent it when it’s cured
How to prevent it?
- keep your feet dry
- don’t wear glove often
- expose your nail to the air more often

Since the summer I had a bigger toe nail fungus. It was about 1/4 of the nail and a huge hole or the emptiness under it. I think it is common with nail fungus as the fungus eats the skin beneath the nail ?
My cure is simple - I stopped eating all sugar. Sugar in forms as honey, fruits, vegetables and everything else and the nail fungus took only about two weeks to be cured complitely. I don’t know if it is right to say cure as whenever I eat honey or sugary fruit like dried dates, it returns. But eating all meat and fat has become my lifestyle.
Feel free to ask questions.

I have passed the phone on to my girlfriend as a gift And now im concerned the fungus will spread to her.
There was a one month gap between buying the phone and passing it on. The previous owner (who has nail fungus) kept the phone in a leather case. This case is still on the phone with my girlfriend.

Nail Fungus Prevention
To help prevent nail fungus and reduce recurrent infections, practice good hand and foot hygiene by following these steps:
* Keep your nails short, dry and clean.
* Trim nails straight across and file down thickened areas.
* Thoroughly dry your hands and feet, including between your toes, after bathing.
* Wear appropriate socks. Synthetic socks that wick away moisture may keep your feet dryer than do cotton or wool socks (you can also wear synthetic socks underneath other socks). Change them often, especially if your feet sweat excessively. Take your shoes off ...

For what it is worth......
I remember reading in Prevention Magazine that rubbing Vicks Vapor Rub on the toenail and then putting a cotton sock on before you go to sleep will help a nail fungus. Personally, I have no experience with a nail fungus, but I have done this and it feels soooo good. It’s like it opens up your feet the same way it opens up your nose. (I think my feet breathe better.)
Regardless, you have gotten some great advice and I hope your problem is gone very soon.

Most definitely, so is jock itch, finger nail fungus, vaginal itching, psoriasis, rosacea, ringworm, scabies, athlete’s foot, acne, hives, dandruff, eczema, just to name a few, are all related to fungi/parasite infestation.
The fact that you have tried many things topically on your toenail fungus will do absolutely nothing for it. All fungi/parasites MUST be destroyed INTERNALLY first, then topically the symptoms will not return. And there is a ’natural cure’ for every one of them.

Fungi are microscopic organisms that don’t need sunlight to survive. Some fungi have beneficial uses, while others cause illness and infection. Nail fungal infections are typically caused by a fungus that belongs to a group of fungi called dermatophytes. But yeasts and molds also can be responsible for nail fungal infections. I read that soaking in white vinegar would work.
Bought a gallon, poured it in a container from the dollar store
he soaked his foot every day while at the computer,
and it is GONE totally
it was so bad that the nail was yellow and gruesome.
the bottom of his foot and the skin on his whole foot is now healthy.
Nails did not come off, worked in about 3 weeks or so.

Fungus infections are caused by insufficient airflow and moisture. Fungus infections are not contagious and do not spread easily, the main cause for the nail fungus is a weaker immune system.
