Get any strange stuff checked by a Dermatologist. And try Cold-Pressed Castor Oil or pure Shea Butter to clean up crusty, punky growths on the skin. Hello to Denmark and Bornholm, I have the same thing. It came on about 10 years ago. I have asked many doctors about this and all say the same. It is just getting older and these things happen. Mine is a little crusty and weird and dark in color. I keep showing it to every doctor I see anyway but have included a very good dermatoligist and she said it was okay also.
