Diaphram Touble & Flu & Hep B Shots

Overnight I had a situation where my diaphram would not work while laying on my back.

Thought it was phrenic nerve problem however I recall having the hep B shots at work and a flu shot each year.

Heart and Lung Dr stumped, pulminary Dr in the dark, waiting for CT Scan results. Anyone else have this situation.
