Reflushing tonight

I flushed last week (my 12 flush)for maintenace (I do it every two or three months)and skiped my last dose of epsoms in the morning. I passed a lot of dark green stones around 9 am by doing enema. But my biggest stones (two of them oblong shape 2-3 cm long!!!)came out during my bowel movement around 10 pm.

I felt tired after the flush, no suprise with those monsters in my intestines.

All those stones looked very fresh. They almost did not stink were very homogenious inside and out, and very light. All previous smelled disgusting, looked awful and seemed a little bit heavier.

I recently came back from 1 month holyday on a sea side where I was quite often eating in restaurants. I felt pretty sick several time after the food. Since I started to eat only food that I cook using only natural fresh products, I became quite sensitive to any bad foods.

Also I am 7 month pregnant and female body tends to dump bad things, that baby don't need, to the liver.

Well, I have been feeling discomfort in my liver area during all week after this last clense. I feel that something big is still there and probably changed its position during last flush. The dull ache moved to right kidney area, but I know it is not my kidney.

So I had to cancel a party tonight and do the flush instead, I just can't stand that nagging feeling in my liver anymore.

I read a lot of messages here where people described the same symptoms (tiredness, sore feeling in liver and kidneys after their flushes), now I am pretty sure that those symptoms mean that there is more to come out and that another clense is needed as soon as possible.

I will keep you guys informed of the results.
