The yogis hate Marijuana because they say it stays in your system for such a bloody long time. And the Technical Remote Viewing protocol seconds that emotion, saying Marijuana totally obliterates the ability to do Technical Remote Viewing for a long time. So detox is job one. There is a likelihood of existing Adrenal Insufficiency, so treat for Adrenal Collapse with KETO-7. If you feel better in twenty minutes, that was it. Marijuana tinkers with Sugar and hormone metabolism, so this could have been the factor that kicked you in the Adrenals, which mediate Sugar uptake. SEE: "GOING SANE" posting.

The other clue is that you confess to having a history of being in your head, a thinker, and this often means recycling hidden resentments which should have been long forgotten, and which are now dripping from your brain. The ONLY way to de-scum that negative mental chatter is to go to the Foundation of Human Understanding website and download or order their "Observation Meditation." JUST DO IT!

Another compounding factor may be that you are IRISH! Did I say that out loud? Naw, I really mean that you could have low stomach acid, as some populations tend to have, like Irish and Native Americans. Low stomach acid or bad digestion makes for a tendency to not be able to digest your proteins well or break buffering, relaxing minerals out of your food. So protein turns into ammonia. And high blood ammonia levels can make one think, and rethink, and rethink rather obsessively, thought recycling. So get rid of the blood ammonia by staying hydrated, taking 50 mg of B-6 daily, and consider trying a Hydrochloric Acid/HCL supplement, or at least digestive enzymes. How's your digestion? Fix it! Candidiasis, gut yeast from Antibiotic use, can tinker with Sugar AND digestion, so consider researching and treating this. There are plenty of sites online. Caprylic Acid is a great start.

And here's a little free advice related to just observing. Relax. Just go with this experience and observe it clinically. You may never pass this way again, so learn what you can so you can help others. Plus struggling only makes things worse. And don't do anything to make matters worse, like getting on shrink drugs, before finding and fixing the root causes.
