I am 48 and STILL fighting (adult?) acne... and will be doing my first Liver Flush next week.

Can't answer all your questions, but have done a lot of intestinal cleansing and can definitely confirm that this will improve your condition! Go to Bowel Cleanse Forum , enema & colonic forum...

And there are many herbal parasite cleanses, very effective and not in any way uncomfortable or inconvenient. WHY NOT? Having done considerable colon cleansing, I can tell you there can be parasites In There of which we are totally unaware!!! And they cause lots of heck. NUKE 'EM!

I live in Mexico and have to search out various things for various cleanses, but manage pretty well. The liver flush, the Hulda Clark version By the Book, which everyone has great success with, really has nothing all that exotic. Epsom Salts (they come in a weird little pyramid shaped box in Mexico), extra virgin olive oil and fresh grapefruit juice. Simple!

ALL the cleanses will improve your health, and when your health improves, your complexion improves. Magic!

You will get lots more info here, but I really can recommend the other cleanses, including The Master Cleanse and Juice Fasting (both have forums here also).
