I stopped using chemicals as much as possible about 4 years ago. I use castile soap, etc. I don't wear makeup..although just started using foundation again because of the purple vericose veins on my face which might have to do with being out in the sun just walking my dog. The only drugs I take are my thyroid replacement hormones since my thyroid is gone. There is NO natural unless you count pig thyroid cooked with "additives" which my doctor won't prescribe me anyway because when he did I felt awful on it.(wrong dosage Im betting)

I don't use table salt but I admit my diet sucks because of ALL the money I spent on RAW and ORGANIC, nothing changed and I have no job and no money, only credit cards which aren't going to last long. I'm trying, I'm even applying for stupid jobs. I even considered Starbucks but for some reason I think absorbing coffee via pores is almost as bad as other things especially when I want to sweat out toxins not the other way around.

parasite Cleansing (humaworm) did nothing for me. I know that's not common on here but I saw nothng and didn't feel anything from it. I think I'm "due" again in October.

I've colon cleansed..due for another. I think I'm going to try Colonix instead of Oxypowder this time. They also have that "Toxin Out" product which is supposed to be good for heavy metals..

I was going to do those "Alkalizing Drinks" just got to order pickling lime.

The teas and soup I'll try too. Along with starting up my raw juice again..especially carrot cheap and easy.

Then there's rebounding.. which makes me sweat. I don't have access to a sauna and don't even know where to find one.

Iodine does sound good I just don't know how to start.
