There is a woman at our local healthfood store who reversed her cancer. I asked her what she did. She said, it wasn more of what she stopped doing and useing than what she ate.

She totally stopped using anything with any type of man-made chemical. Even baggies, saran wrap and plastic food containers. She used all non toxic alternatives like glass. She stopped using perfumes and typical over the counter toiletries. She used only simple alternatives that were as natural as possible. For example-- instead of eyeliner-- she used activated charcoal dipped in a eyeliner brush to line the eyes.-- olive oil or other oil as skin moisturizer, only totally natural soaps instead of commercial manufactured ones., etc.


She stopped eating anything factory made--which has solvents. Only stuff she made or someone else she trusted made home-made.

She did parasite cleanses as well as the Colon Cleanses also. and ate things that leached out mercury and heavy metals out of the body. Sweating and Saunas also are good for this.


I reccomend you get that Miso Cup soup with the seaweed in it. This has been found good in helping those with cancer. Kelp is a really good seaweed to not only help the body fight cancer --but it also helps the body deal with radiation and chemo.

Pao D'Arco Tea also has been found to help fight cancer cells too.


Get rid of any and all solvents and petroleum , and chemicals (even air freshners) from your life and use alternatives. Do parasite cleanses also.

Each forum here holds a piece of the puzzle in health improvement. There is no magic bullet, but a collection of tons of little magic bullets that can be incorporated. The non-toxic version of Iodine is beneficial and something we all lack. Ordinary table salt has the toxic version that is not good for the body- but they don't advertise that.
